Concept artist/Art Director working since 2001 in film, games, and books. I have worked heavily on both sides of production both in producing visuals myself and in art directing others to do so. I have a strong passion for telling stories, and I am always looking into ways of getting better at it. I enjoy a wide variety of styles and genres.
I have had the great benefit of working on over 100 productions and 20 books with some really great clients including: DreamWorks, Big Idea, Simon & Schuster, Scholastic, Zondervan, CBN, and several others.
I enjoy the process of making visuals and constantly learning and growing. Its engaging and challenging exploring new tools, technologies and online courses. This interest allows me to constantly evolve as an artist and storyteller.

I am now the art director working on Superbook. I oversee the development of our shows all the way through to production. Working with concept artists (both in house and remote) along with several outsourced studios I have the privilege to bring these shows to life. I enjoy all aspects of the work as an art director from bringing in new talent and training them, to delivering a high polished end product. It’s a challenging and rewarding show full of drama and comedy. I am happy to say I have helped to get the show to a place where we are all proud of it.
I was hired to help create the visual look of Veggietales in the House for Netflix. I worked with a team to re-envision the brand. I was in charge of location design, previz sets, and I helped out on props and the occasional character. In my time there, our team developed the look for over 60 shows.
I was a freelance artist for hire for several years. In this time period I got to work with a variety of clients like Awana, The Bible Museum, Magnetic dreams, Grand Vista Music, Kona Ice, and Jonathan Martin Productions on a variety of projects. I continued until 2010 working as a remote concept artist for Veggietales, then I shifted over to books, App development publishing a self-make App with Brain Freeze called Goosed Up Rhymes on the apple store. We listed in the top ten children's developments apps in the New York Times in 2011. In this time period, I also got to work on a lot of new development for projects and children books. It was then that I first started to do visual development for CBN as a concept artist/ remote art director. I help to develop and refine the look of Superbook from seasons 1 to 4.
